Futura Aruba Foundation is a non-profit innovation lab dedicated to shaping a more sustainable, inclusive, and future-ready Aruba. Founded in 2018, we work alongside government, industry, and community partners to bring ambitious ideas to life through innovation, education, and digital transformation.
Rooted in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Futura applies a people-first approach to everything we do — focusing on three core pillars: People, Planet, and Prosperity. From supporting entrepreneurs and upskilling youth to modernizing public services and piloting sustainable technologies, our mission is to strengthen Aruba’s innovation ecosystem and create meaningful impact for generations to come.

WHAT WE DO
People
Envisioning the future takes knowledge, creativity, equality, and action. We create pockets of space in the Aruban society where innovation can thrive by making it accessible to anyone who is open to change and /or explore new ways of doing things.
Planet
Driving inclusive growth with protection and preservation of Aruba’s natural resources in the equation. We raise awareness for the island’s limited resources that demand a transition to a circular economy.
Prosperity
We believe that our people are our biggest asset and our human-centered innovation strategy puts the prosperity of the Aruban citizens first.
