eGovernment starts with the standardization and digitization of core processes – within the government and between cooperating agencies by redesigning of government administrative procedures for efficiency and transparency. The government is in the process of developing its eGovernment roadmap with support from partners like The World Bank, IBM, Microsoft and the Government of Estonia.
To cultivate an innovation economy, Futura focuses on unleashing the innovation capacity from within by introducing programs and projects that aim to stimulate creativity and increase the knowledge capacity of the Aruban citizens.
Talent cultivation and retention with a focus on the skills needed in a future work force is key to develop a system that can rapidly adapt to changing skill requirements.
